Booking Policy: To make a booking, guests must provide a valid credit card or make a payment via bank transfer. Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon with the host.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made up to 31 days before the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made from 30 days before check-in up to the arrival date are non-refundable.
However, guests may request to transfer their reservation to new dates, subject to availability*.
Non-show reservations are non-refundable and no date transfer will be possible.
*Any date change must correspond to the same season and pricing period. If the new dates fall within a higher-priced season or period, the guest will be required to pay the applicable price difference. If the new dates fall within a lower-priced period, no refund or credit will be issued for the difference.
Date changes are subject to prior approval and availability.
Check-in/Check-out Policy: Check-in is at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and check-out is at 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
Occupancy Policy: The maximum number of guests allowed in each apartment is specified on the booking page. Additional guests may be allowed upon request and subject to additional fees.
Damages and Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay. The host reserves the right to charge guests for any damages or excessive cleaning required.
Smoking and Pet Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the villas (smoking fee 100 euros) and pets are not allowed.
Noise and Disturbance Policy: Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests and neighbors. Loud music and parties are not allowed on the property.
Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required at the time of booking or check-in to cover any damages or violations of the rental agreement.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Greece.
By making a booking, guests agree to these terms and conditions and any additional policies or rules specified by the host. The host reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
